It is part of our human nature for people to help other people, and that is one of the core principles at the heart of my business practices.
The truth is in plain sight when we see and hear stories about people helping other people in hurricane and fire damaged areas. People help and send supplies to these disaster struck people even if they do not know anyone there. Why? It is in our nature. It is part of our hearts.
This is part of what we are celebrating every year at Thanksgiving, our appreciation of all the good interactions and connections we have enjoyed with other people and how this has enhanced our life and express our gratitude for all this.
Look how full my gratitude jar is getting! I have been blessed with all the amazing and wonderful people spirit has sent me this year. Every one of you who has seen me this year is named in my jar and I thanked spirit for sending you to me.
I took a vow to my spirit guides to take good care of everyone they send me, and of course, they help me do my work.
Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday for one simple reason, because it has only one focus and that is one that we all need. It is the one holiday that is not connected to a shopping extravaganza. The whole day is about sharing a good meal with family and friends and then maybe playing games, engaging in conversations, telling stories, and for some people, watching football games. That is all we do on that day is share the company of people we want to be with.
And that is the way it will always stay in my consciousness. I think that recent attempts to just turn it into another shopping day are despicable, and I will never participate in that.
Let's keep our focus on simply appreciating the day with family and friends. It is a celebration of our core value as people.
Expressing appreciation and gratitude is the first thing I do every day, then I ask my spirit guides if there is anything that they want to tell me or anything that I need to know, and then we get rolling. Try doing this yourself and see what happens.
I always ask them what to write about in order to help make this
newsletter a way of lifting your spirits and giving you good ideas, and maybe even planting seeds for positive change and growth.
At this time, I want to publicly express my deepest gratitude for the two nurses who are my spirit guides. They keep reminding me of the part I am here to play as a healer and help me to do good work for all of you.
They also bring a smile to my face because they keep reminding me that they are here and that they are helping me. Twice they helped me find a place to live. And they constantly bring me other healers who need healing, among all the people who call on me. Often these people are nurses, caregivers, massage therapists, and other kinds of healers.
I can't help but be moved when they present themselves. I think that my guides like to keep reminding me in kind and gentle ways. Yesterday, for example, a woman in a distant state called me, and of course, I helped her. She said she just found me by Googling. And it turns out, she is a nurse. How can that not bring a smile to my face. I have also had other nurses call from distant parts of the country. Each one is a client, yes, and they are also emissaries from my spirit guides. They really keep me on track.
My work continues to improve, even though I know a lot and have practiced a lot. It is part of our human nature for people to help other people, and that is one of the core principles at the heart of my business practices.

As some of you know, I have been reaching out through email to many of you I have not seen in a while, and I love all the feedback I am receiving from you. You know that saying that you get back what you put out. Another way of saying law of attraction. Or karma. Or what goes around comes around.
You know you are in the right place when you get up every day happy to be doing what you are doing.
Enjoy your Thanksgiving next week and keep some of that Thanksgiving spirit alive every day.
