Lightening Up for Spring

Lightening up for Spring
I got the Moderna vaccine so that our numbers can add up to where people feel good opening up again. My spirit guides helped me stay free of covid all year, and I am looking forward to all of our rules lightening up or disappearing. I want to be able to go to the Renaissance Fair again without a mask, to go to concerts and shows without a mask, to go dancing without a mask, to go to baseball games without a mask, go to the gym without a mask and do expos and events without a mask. We are all looking forward to that, so if getting the vaccine makes everyone more comfortable getting back to that, so be it. I did my part.

It is good that we are starting to feel things opening up again. At least part way back is progress toward our goals.

At first I had doubts about the vax because it was developed so rapidly. When I asked my doctor about this his response was that technology has made it possible to develop vaccines faster than before and he has confidence in it.

I was never an anti-vaxxer. When I was a kid, my parents got us all the shots, and when my kids were young, I got them their shots. I am old enough to remember when kids got polio, and then after the vax got around, no more people were getting polio. We also do not have some of the other illnesses of our not so distant ancestors, like smallpox, scarlet fever, mumps and measles. I have had tetanus shots too.

I know that others have a different opinion, and this is not to argue about it. I am simply letting you know what I did because some people are more comfortable hiring someone who is vaxxed.

Which brings up a related item. All my life, I have been drinking tap water and will continue to do so. I trust our water departments to do that job for us. I know that many people have a different opinion, and that's fine. One of my uncles had a ranch with no running water, so that meant using an outhouse. And that meant getting water from a well that required some pumping and carrying buckets uphill. Indoor plumbing is much nicer, thank you.

This year, I have been buying bottled water for all of you who come to see me at my home office to be more hygienic at this time. At events, I usually bring a refillable container, but many public places have turned off their fountains where I normally would refill, so I am bringing bottled water with me. I will not buy bottled water forever, just until our situation changes.

I hope to see some of you at the Body Mind Spirit Expo this weekend in Colorado Springs. Details below.

I send Spring growth energy to all of you for health, happiness and prosperity!

I always love hearing from you, so if you feel like sending me a note, calling or coming to see me, please do!

Have a wonderful day!
