Try this at home: Celebrate the full Storm Moon.
The traditional name for this month's full moon, which happens on Wednesday the 16th, is called the Storm Moon. Typically, we see one last big winter storm before we finally see signs of spring. Storms bring energy. That energy can be destructive but it can also bring snow to replenish our watershed. Ski resorts love snow storms.
So think about the ways that storms can bring good energy to us. Not all storms come to do damage. Some come to clear away obstacles for us.
These last 2+ years have been challenging for us. The storm caused by the covid virus caused us to do things differently than we used to, and that was essential for our businesses to keep going.
All of us who altered our ways to keep going have discovered some better ways of doing things.
On this full moon, give some thought to those challenges we have faced that made us stronger and sharper.
How can these lessons serve us well in the times ahead for us? How deep is that well of energy that we draw from?
Give some thanks for all those things that went well.
That is the best way to prepare the spring plantings that come after the winter storms.

Hi Dan! It's Porsche from Boulder, CO a past mentee of yours. I'm glad to see you're well and your read on the Storm Full Moon is spot on. I've been very reflective on how the challenges have benefited myself and those close to me. I'm steady learning how to transmute the negatives into positives. I hope to connect again soon!
