I have always considered my practice to be a heart centered business because as a healer, keeping my heart open to help whoever is coming to me for help is what is important. Different people may need different methods, although certain practices like reiki are universal. Being able to open the energy channels is, in my experience the heart that helps bring the healing energy through the hands. People can sense the energy of the humanitarian love and the open heart.
You know how our aura expands when we feel love, joy, happiness?
The more we feel those feelings, the more we attract those kinds of vibrations right back to us and that opens the way for expanding our life in all aspects. When we open our hearts to others and do things that are kind and generous, our aura expands with that feeling of love & happiness. When people see us like that, they feel like smiling back and are at least open to us. Now, you ask, how can I make use of this?
If you are vibrating out waves of love and happiness, you will attract others to you who are responding to this. When we are committed to doing our best for someone, that is what opens the door to real progress. When we show how much we care, the other person appreciates it and that is not just about building a good reputation, it is also good karma.
Of course, February has Valentine's Day and just after New Year's, grocery stores started featuring aisles of heart shaped candy boxes.
Instead of focusing on that commercial aspect, ask yourself if yourself if you are prepared to create a great new relationship, if that is what you are looking for. What are the qualities and characteristics of the person you want in your life?
Have you cleared out any old baggage so that you can start fresh? What will you do differently this time?
If you are in a relationship that has lost some of its excitement, desire and attraction? Turn your attention back to your heart. Remember how at the beginning everything was romantic, sexy, appealing and fun? If you close your eyes and focus your thoughts on those feelings again, can you return to your heart that way to reinvigorate your long term relationship? Return to the heart and those radiant feelings that you were once capable of, and let your light shine out so that all can see it.
