Change Your Sound, Change Your Life

So your job is boring and dead end, or maybe you have one of those where they have piled so much on top of you that it is a challenge to get it done every day.

If you chant while you work, everything seems to flow smoother. Some of that anxiety just tones down. And then sometimes I just make up melodies and hum them. Works every time.

After work you can always go home and fool around with something as simple as a harmonica, rattles, tambourine, flute, bell, gong or drum just to relax and de-stress. Ever notice how some sounds just feel better on certain days? Yes, rattles and bells can also be very simple and very effective. Change your sound, change your life.
